$1 Dollar Lot Initiative Update, 19 February 2019.

By News

The McAdam $1 Dollar Lot Initiative is going very well.  Since mid-November, we have received over 600 inquiries about the 16 lots and are responding to each on a first-come, first-served basis.  Due to the large number of applicants, we closed the application process during the middle of January 2019.  Of the first 86 applicants we have reached out to, we have sent legal offers to 11 with more offers to soon follow.  Interest in the $1 lots has also spurred increased potential for McAdam real estate purchases and new businesses.
