Interested Applicants please provide the following information by March 22, 2024:

 

  • A detailed resume and business plan outlining your work experience, hours of operation and products you will be providing.

 

The successful applicant will be responsible for the first and last month’s rent up front and proof of commercial liability insurance. ($2,000,000 min)

 

The lease is $750.00 per month (which includes all the equipment in the building) plus utilities.

 

The Village will cover water/sewer for one year then it will be the responsibility of the lessee.

The Village will be responsible for winter snow removal as well as lawn care during the summer.
