The Village of McAdam reserves the right to refuse any or all bids if the amount is not satisfactory, The highest bid may not necessarily be accepted.

In the event  two or more bidders submit the same price, those bidders will be given an opportunity to submit a revised bid. If a tie occurs again the CAO will draw a name to determine the successful bidder.
