Rising maintenance costs, a major water line break, and water tower repairs (about $800,000 combined) mean rates must adjust to keep our water safe and reliable. Pay within 30 days of billing to get a 2% discount.

Water Reservoir Refill
The Village of McAdam is pleased to advise residents that repairs to the water reservoir have now been completed. The Village will begin the process of refilling the reservoir over the coming week.
During this process, residents may notice a decrease in water pressure compared to what they have experienced over the past three months. During the reservoir repairs, the water system was operating on direct pressure from the wellfield, which provided different pressure levels than the normal reservoir system.
The reservoir is expected to be fully filled and operational by October 9, 2026. Water pressure should return to normal, pre-repair levels, as the reservoir reaches its operating level.
