10:30 am Community Worship Service
Location: McAdam Railway Station – Dining Room
Special music – Special message. All faiths are invited to worship
together.
9 pm - 11 pm Railway Days Street Dance
Location: In front of the Fire Hall, music by “Junior”
Admission: FREE
Get your dancing shoes on and meet us “Down Town” for a
fun evening for the whole family.
Tuesday July 1st
8 am - 10 am Continental Breakfast
Hosted by: Lakeland Industries Sheltered Workshop
Location: The Lunch Counter at the Station
Start the day off right with a light breakfast!!
10 am - 6 pm Station Tours
Hosted by: The McAdam Historical Restoration Commission
Take a step back in time, to McAdam's unique 100 year old railway
station. Station Tours and gift shop will be open for the remainder of
the tourist season. Come in and check it out!!
Freewill offering for all Station tours during the Canada Day festivities!!
10:30 am Railway Days Street Parade
Starting at the Save Easy and making a loop around Wauklehegan Manor
and then ending at Canada Square.
Reminder: All walking groups please meet at the Pentecostal Church at
10:30 am.

10:30 am Railway Days Craft Sale - Under the Station Canopy
The Genealogical Society will be joining us again this year
For a “hands on” demonstration on how to research your family tree.

Show off your pet and have some fun. Lots of recognition for your pets
1:30 pm Frog Races
Location: Heritage Park
Find a frog to enter the race to see who has the fastest one.
1:30pm Doll Carriage & Tricycle/Bike Parade
Location: Heritage Park
With this years theme dedicated to Thinking Green, the possibilities
are endless. Get your thinking caps on and join this special parade.
2 pm Canoe Races
Location: The Dam behind the Station
Come over to the dam and join in on all of the fun, see who the winners will
be. Each canoe must have at least ONE ADULT to enter the races.
2:30 pm Family Games
Location: Heritage Park in front of the Train Station
Will include many activities for the whole family. Grab your mom/dad or friend
and meet us in the green for a fun afternoon of activities.
3 – 3:30 pm Engine 29 and Fire Truck Rides
Location: Pick up and drop off at the corner of Second Avenue and Pine Street.
Jump aboard for a tour around town.
4:00 – 5:00 pm Perley the Magician
Location: Under the tent at Heritage Park
This show is free to everyone
Immediately Following the Family Activities
5 – 7 pm Railway Days Community Supper
Hosted by: McAdam Historical Restoration Commission
Join us in the Grand Dining Room of the McAdam Historical
Railway Station, for a wonderful Roast Beef Dinner with all
the fixings.
Cost: $12/Adults and $6/children under 12 years
7 - 9 pm Railway Days Country Music Show
Location: The McAdam High School Auditorium
Cost: $5/Adult & $3/Children
Come on out and enjoy yourself with an evening of “Down Home”
Country Music. Featuring Fiddlers, singers and much more.
10:30 pm Railway Days Fireworks Display
Location: Over the McAdam Historic Railway Station
A wonderful ending to a family-filled Canada Day Celebration. Viewing
of this event will take place along Saunders Road. For your Safety, please do not cross the tracks at the McAdam Railway Station.**Anytime after 10:00 pm please be ready for the fireworks. They are scheduled for 10:30 pm but could be held earlier in the event of impending weather.**
